临床伦理学培训在肾脏内科临床教学中的实施及意义探讨

随着现代医学的发展,临床工作中面临的伦理学冲突日益增多。我国的医学教育针对住院医师开展临床伦理学培训存在缺乏系统性、重视度不够等问题,与现阶段住院医师以胜任力为导向的培养目标存在脱节。探讨如何在肾脏内科临床教学中开展临床伦理培训及其重要性,指导住院医师应用医学伦理学原则和临床伦理学基本框架分析和解决临床工作中面临的伦理学难题,以提高肾脏内科住院医师临床诊疗水平、人文素养和医学伦理素质,并在改善医疗服务质量、缓解医患矛盾中发挥作用。

With the development of modern medicine,the ethical conflicts have been increasing in clinical practice.The medical education in China lacks systematicness and pays insufficient attention to the training of clinical ethics for resident doctors,which is seriously disjointed from the training goal of competency-oriented of resident doctors at the present stage.Discussing how to implement clinical ethics training and its significance in the nephrology residency training,educating resident doctors to use medical ethics principles and clinical ethics basic framework to analyze and solve ethical problems in clinical practice can improve nephrology resident doctors’clinical practice,professionalism and medical ethics,and play a role in improving medical service quality and alleviating the contradictions between doctors and patients.
