新型职业农民创业问题研究综述与展望

Research Review and Prospect of Entrepreneurship of New Professional Rural People

新型职业农民创业问题是当前“三农”问题研究的热点,它在发展规模农业、提高农业生产力、推进农业现代化等方面发挥着重要的作用。以2012—2019年新型职业农民创业研究文献为基础,运用系统综述法进行筛选、梳理和总结,侧重分析了新型职业农民的内涵与特征、农民创业的界定、新型职业农民创业能力、新型职业农民创业影响因素、新型职业农民创业组织形式、新型职业农民创业的困境与对策等六个方面的研究成果,并从把握时代内涵、深化研究方法、丰富研究视角、解决创业困难和问题、探索创业路径等方面进行了展望。

The entrepreneurship of new professional rural people plays an important role in developing scale agriculture,improving agricultural productivity and promoting agricultural modernization,which is also the current research hotspot of issues relating to agriculture,rural areas and rural people.In this paper,a systematic review method was adopted to sort out and summarize the 339 selected journal literatures based on the research literature of entrepreneurship of new professional rural people published from 2012 to 2019.This paper analyzes and comments on entrepreneurship of new professional rural people from six aspects of connotation and characteristics,definition,entrepreneurial ability,influence factors,organizational form,predicament and countermeasures.It also makes prospect from grasping the connotation,deepening research method,enriching research angle,solving difficulties and problems,exploring the path of entrepreneurship of new professional rural people in the new era.
