摘要
石家庄国际展览中心采用了大跨度双向悬索结构,这在国内尚属首次。对于这种新型结构形式,结构分析面临众多难点和不确定性。从结构体系分析入手介绍了该结构的主要分析过程,重点对施工张拉、关键构件角色设定以及构件间的相互关系进行了探讨,对影响分析效率及准确性的一些技术问题一并进行了论述。在此基础上对结构体系、找形、刚度分配、张拉方案、稳定性、施工过程、计算方法、节点设计等多个技术层面提出了一整套行之有效的解决方案或应对措施。项目实践结果证明了这些技术路线的实用性和高效性。
Shijiazhuang International Exhibition Center adopts bidirectional large-span cable structure,which is the first time in China.For this new structural form,there were many difficulties and uncertainties structural analysis.The main analysis process of the structure by studying the structural system was introduced.It focused on the discussion of construction and tensioning of the structure,role setting of key members and the relationship among them.Some technical issues that affect the efficiency and accuracy of the analysis are also discussed.On this basis,a set of effective solutions or countermeasures were proposed for structural system,shape finding,stiffness distribution,tension scheme,stability,construction process,calculation method,joint design and other technical aspects.The practical results of the project proved the practicability and efficiency of these technical routes.
