摘要
本工程为在延安新区黄土高填方区建设的首个项目,填方区回填土平均厚度约55m,且回填土体尚未固结完成,在此种情况下开展工程建设面临诸多问题。通过工程实例介绍了在尚未固结完成深厚回填土场地设计较大规模地下车库时采取的减小不均匀沉降的措施。通过特殊构造节点将地下车库划分为8个块区以减小结构单元长度的做法,可以使小块区的结构单元在各自范围内相对均匀沉降。沉降观测数据及项目建成后的状况表明此做法是安全、可靠的。
This project is the first project to be built in the large loess fill area of Yan’an New District.The average thickness of the backfill soil in the fill area is about 55 m,and the backfill soil has not yet been consolidated.In this case,the construction of the project faced many problems.Through engineering examples,the measures taken to reduce uneven settlement when designing a large-scale underground garage for a deep backfill site that was not consolidated were introduced.By dividing the underground garage into 8 blocks by special structural node to reduce the length of the structural unit,the structural units of the small block were relatively uniformly settled within their respective ranges.The settlement observation data and the situation after the project was completed show that this method is safe and reliable.
