薛店物流基地规划方案研究

Study on Xuedian Railway Logistics Center Planning

以郑州枢纽优越的区位条件为前提,从市场需求和供给的角度对薛店物流基地建设的必要性进行分析,明确了薛店物流基地的战略定位与市场竞争力。根据郑州枢纽铁路总图规划、运量预测,对方案选址进行对比研究。结合布置原则、功能分区对薛店物流基地平面布置方案研究,从工程实施难度、运输组织、与城市规划的适应性三个方面进行比选,推荐铁路物流基地在车站北侧纵列布置方案。

This paper based on the superior location conditions of Zhengzhou hub, from the perspective of market demand and supply to analyze the necessity of Xuedian logistics Center construction, and clarifies the strategic positioning and market competitiveness of Xuedian Logistics Center. According to the general layout plan and transport volume forecast of Zhengzhou railway hub, this paper makes a comparative study on the project site selection. Based on the layout principles and function zoning, the paper studied the layout scheme of Xuedian Logistics Center, compared and selected from the three aspects of difficulty of project implementation,transportation organization and adaptability to urban planning, and recommended the layout scheme of railway Logistics Center in the north of the station.
