血清肿瘤坏死因子-α联合免疫功能检测在诊断阿弗他溃疡中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of serum TNF-α combined with immune function in the diagnosis of Aphrodite ulcer

目的探讨血清TNF-α联合免疫功能(CD3^+、CD4^+)检测在诊断阿弗他溃疡中的应用价值。方法选择2018年1月-2019年3月本院口腔科接诊阿弗他溃疡患者85例纳入研究组,另选取本院健康体检者80例纳入健康对照组,应用Pearson相关性分析法分析血清TNF-α表达与免疫功能指标CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+相关性。结果研究组患者血清TNF-α表达高于健康对照组,免疫功能指标CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+值均低于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重型组、中型组阿弗他溃疡患者血清TNF-α表达均高于轻型组,且重型组高于中型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重型组、中型组阿弗他溃疡患者的免疫指标CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+值低于轻型组,重型组低于中型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析发现,阿弗他溃疡患者血清TNF-α表达与免疫指标CD3^+、CD4^+值无显著相关性(P>0.05);但血清TNF-α表达与免疫指标CD4^+/CD8^+值显示为正相关(r=0.346,P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α联合免疫功能检测于临床诊断阿弗他溃疡诊断中应用价值高,利于临床判定阿弗他溃疡发病及病情严重程度、评估预后。

Objective To investigate the application value of serum TNF-α combined with immune function in the diagnosis of Aphrodite ulcer.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,85 cases of patients with Aphrodite ulcers in the hospital were enrolled in the study group.In the same period,80 cases of healthy health examiners were selected to be included in the healthy control group.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum TNF-α expression and immune function indicators(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+).Results The serum TNF-α expression in the study group was higher than that in the healthy control group.The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ values of the immune function were lower than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum TNF-α expression in patients with severe and moderate Aphrodite ulcers was higher than that in the mere group,and the weight was higher in the severe group than in the middle group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+ values of the patients with severe and medium-sized Aphrodite ulcers were lower than those of the mere group,and the weight group was lower than the moderate group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis found that serum TNF-αexpression in patients with Aphrodite ulcers was not significantly correlated with CD3^+ and CD4^+ values(P>0.05);however,serum TNF-α expression and immune index CD4^+/CD8^+ values are shown as positive correlation(r=0.346,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum TNF-α combined with immune function detection has high application value in the diagnosis of clinical diagnosis of Aphrodite ulcer,which is beneficial to the clinical diagnosis of Aphrodite ulcer disease severity and assessment of prognosis.
