四川省首例人感染短膜壳绦虫的实验室检测与诊断

Laboratory detection and diagnosis of the first human infection with hymenolepis brevis in Sichuan Province

目的针对兴文县农村人群进行肝吸虫病和土源性线虫病监测,及时掌握人群土源性线虫病的流行动态和流行规律,为防治土源性线虫病提供科学依据。方法根据《全国肝吸虫病和土源性线虫病监测方案》要求选点,确定监测人群,覆盖儿童、青年、中年和老年各年龄组人群。采用改良加藤氏厚涂片法,用粪便淘虫法查找成虫并鉴别虫种,3周岁~9周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛拭法检测蛲虫卵。同时开展现场流行病学调查。结果监测点土源性线虫感染率低于四川省平均感染率。结论经实验室检测与临床诊断并结合流行病学调查结果,证实在兴文县大坝苗族乡发现了一例短膜壳绦虫引起的寄生虫病患者,属于四川省首次发现。

Objective To monitor clonorchiasis and soil-transmitted helminthiases in rural areas of Xingwen County and understand the epidemiological trends and current situation of soil-transmitted helminthiases,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of helminthiases.Methods The monitoring sites and population were selected according to the requirement of National Monitoring Scheme for Clonorchiasis and Soil-transmitted Helminthiases,which covered all groups of children,youth,middle-aged and old people.The Kato-Katz's and fecal elutriation methods were utilized to identify the species of clonorchiasis and soil-transmitted helminthiases.The cellophane-tape perianal swab method was further applied for 3-9 years old children to detect E.vermicularis.Meanwhile,field epidemiological investigation was carried out.Results The infection rate of soil-derived nematodes was lower than the average infection rate in Sichuan Province.Conclusion The laboratory test and clinical diagnosis combined with the results of flow control confirmed that a case of parasitic disease caused by hymenolepis brevis was found in Daba Miao Township of Xingwen County,which was the first discovery in Sichuan Province.
