远程教育质量保证标准的核心利益相关者感知差异研究--基于师生角色的分析阐释 被引量:3

摘要 自我国开展"现代远程教育工程"试点工程以来,远程教育在我国取得了长足的发展,但是到目前为止,远程教育质量仍然没有得到社会的认可,因此远程教育质量保证已经成为从业人员密切关心的问题,也有越来越多的学者呼吁应当重视远程学习者和教师对远程教育质量保证的认识。本研究依托北京师范大学远程教育研究中心参与的"亚洲地区远程教育质量保证的模型、标准及关键指标"项目,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过文献研究、访谈、问卷调查等方法梳理远程学习者和教师对远程教育质量保证标准的认识,揭示师生观点共性与差异对目前远程教育质量保证工作的意义,以期为相关研究人员、远程机构管理者提供参考。 Since the pilot project of"modern distance education project"has been carried out in China,distance education has made great progress.However,the quality of distance education has not been recognized by the society.Therefore,the quality assurance of distance education has become a close concern of the practitioners.More and more scholars call for attention to the learners and teachers’understanding of distance education quality assurance.This study is based on"Model,standards and key indexes of distance education quality assurance in Asia"project,conducted by distance education research center of Beijing Normal University.The research methods include integration of qualitative and quantitative technique,documentation,interviews,Questionnaire and so on.The study combs distance learners and teachers’understanding of the quality assurance standards of distance education,and reveals the significance of the commonness and differences of teachers and students’views on quality assurance of distance education,in order to provide reference for the relevant researchers and the administrators of remote institutions.
