国内区域价值链、全球价值链与地区经济增长

Domestic Reginal Value Chain,Global Value Chain and Regional Economic Growth

当前世界经济的不确定性加剧了全球价值链的调整与重构,国内价值链成长对于我国产业升级和经济增长具有重要意义。本文通过将国内区域间投入产出表与世界投入产出表相结合,构建嵌入式世界投入产出表,以此为工具定义并测算了省内价值链、国内区域价值链、全球价值链参与度。研究发现,省内价值链在整个价值链构成中居于主导地位,我国东部地区相对更多地通过融入全球价值链推动了地区经济增长,而中西部地区则相对更多地通过融入国内区域价值链促进了地区经济增长。因此,东部地区要将在研发和技术方面优势形成的生产能力向中西部地区扩散,优化地区间资源配置,加快国内价值链成长。

The current uncertainty of the world economy has accelerated the adjustment and restructuring of global value chains.The development of domestic value chains is of great significance to China’s industrial upgrading and economic growth.This paper constructs an embedded international input-output table by combining the domestic input-output table between regions with the world input-output table.We use this table as a tool to define and calculate the engagement of the regions in the provincial value chain,domestic regional value chain and global value chain.The results show that the provincial value chain occupies a dominant position in the whole value chain.The economic growth of eastern region is promoted mainly by integrating into the global value chain,while that of the central and western regions is promoted by integrating into the domestic regional value chain.Consequently,the eastern region should diffuse its productivity,formed by R&D and technology,to the central and western regions,optimize the allocation of resources and accelerate the development of domestic value chain.
