摘要
本文研究制备了超厚膜弹性体涂料,并将涂覆该涂料的挂片在渤海地区经过360 d的日照后,测试了超厚膜弹性体涂料的硬度、拉伸强度、附着力、断裂伸长率的变化及该涂料吸水性能的变化。研究结果表明,其老化程度、附着力、硬度、拉伸强度等性能降低不超过5%,涂料吸水率仅上升了0.034%。同时,还介绍了该涂料在海洋石油平台天然气管道保温层下冷凝水防腐的应用情况,结果表明该涂料具有优异的潮湿表面施工性能,可以满足其在海洋石油平台冷凝水管道的施工条件和长期防腐蚀的要求。该研究成果对今后开展类似管道防腐维修治理具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
In this paper,the preparation and development of super high build elastomer coating is studied,and the effect of aging on hardness,tensile strength,adhesion,elongation at break and water absorption of super high build elastomer coating which is coated on the substrate and exposed to Bohai environment is also for 360 days studied.The results show that the overall performance of the material decreased by no more than 5%and the water absorption of the coating is only increased of 0.034%due to the aging of the material caused by ultraviolet.At the same time,this coating is applied corrosion under insulation of offshore oil and gas pipeline.The application results show that the coating has excellent surface treatment tolerance,which can meet the requirements of construction conditions and long-term corrosion protection for the condensate pipeline of offshore oil platform.The research results is useful for similar pipeline anti-corrosion treatment in the future.
