乡村振兴背景下温州西部山区乡村经济的重构——以文成县为例

Research on Rural Economic Reconstruction in the Western Mountains Area of Wenzhou under the Background of Rural Rejuvenation--A Case Study of Wencheng County

温州西部山区乡村原有经济体系被打破,新的经济体系尚未形成,乡村经济发展整体上处于迟滞状态,乡村振兴面临重重困难,其中以文成、泰顺等内陆山区县为甚.从文成县乡村经济发展现状来看,存在基础薄弱、资源分散、产业单一、生产方式落后且人员结构失衡等问题,表现出生产力水平偏低和生产关系反作用力不强的双重落后状况,经济发展内在动能不足.唯有遵循生产力与生产关系对立统一矛盾运动的客观规律,立足于当代科技成果和经济体制机制创新,推进以经济要素为内容的经济重构,全面优化农业生产模式、生产结构与生产要素流转,才能为山区乡村经济发展注入强劲动能,培育壮大产业经济,推动温州西部山区实现乡村振兴、村美民富.

The original rural economic system in the western mountainous area of Wenzhou has been broken,but the new economic system has not yet been formed.The overall development of rural economy is in a state of stagnation.Rural rejuvenation is faced with numerous difficulties,especially in inland mountainous counties such as Wencheng County and Taichun County.Judging from the current situation of rural economic development in Wencheng County,there are problems such as weak foundation,scattered resources,single industry,backward production methods,and imbalanced personnel structure,which results in dual backwardness of low level of productivity,weak reaction force in production relations,and insufficient inherent kinetic energy of economic development.Only by following the objective laws of the contradictory movement of the contradiction between productivity and production relations,depending on contemporary scientific and technological achievements and innovations in economic systems and mechanisms,promoting economic reconstruction with economic factors as the content,and fully optimizing the agricultural production model,production structure,and production factor circulation,can we inject strong momentum into the development of rural economy in mountainous areas,cultivate and expand the industrial economy,and promote rural revitalization in the western mountainous area of Wenzhou and the prosperity of the villages and the people.
