高职院校教师教学文化的反思与建构

摘要 教师教学文化的构建,对于高职院校的教学质量提升意义重大.基于当前教师教学理念较落后,教学研究能力相对不足,教学学术共同参与度低等情况,高职院校应大力倡导教学文化自觉意识,引导激励教师更新教学理念,督促教师重视针对教学的研究,重视教师之间的教学对话,营造重视和研究教学的氛围,建设具有校本特色的教学文化. The construction of teaching culture for teachers is of great significance for improving teaching quality of vocational colleges.Based on the situations of backward teaching ideas,relatively insufficient teaching research abilities and low participation in teaching academics,vocational colleges should greatly advocate the self-awareness of teaching culture,guide and motivate teachers to update teaching ideas,urge them to attach more importance to teaching research and teaching dialogues,create an atmosphere for valuing and studying teaching,and construct a teaching culture with school-based characteristics.
