新冠肺炎疫情下金融助力中小微企业发展的对策——以浙江温州为例

Countermeasures for Financial Support of the Development of Micro,Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under the Covid-19 Pandemic--A Case Study of Wenzhou

中小微企业是各国就业的主要载体,其融资难问题是世界性难题.目前叠加新冠肺炎疫情冲击,中小微企业能否"活下去"关系着中国经济"六稳六保"落地的成败.金融活水"贷"动中小微企业已成重要政策内容.新冠肺炎疫情下促进中小微企业发展,必须解决中小企业融资有效供给不足与信贷错配的矛盾及资金到达中小微企业的"最后一公里"问题,要依据企业实际需求,不断优化现有金融支持政策,做好风险管理,健全补偿机制,持续丰富金融产品供给.

Micro,small and medium-sized enterprises are the major carriers of employment in various countries,and the problem of financing difficulty is a worldwide challenge.Under the increasing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic,whether micro,small and medium-sized enterprises can“survive”concerns the success or failure of implementation of“six stabilizations and six guarantees”(stabilizing employment,finance,foreign trade,investment and expected work;guaranteeing resident employment,fundamental people’s livelihood,people’s livelihood,food and energy security,stable industrial chain supply and grassroots operation).Allowing more financial resources to be channeled into micro,small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important policy content.To facilitate the development of micro,small and medium-sized enterprises under the Covid-19 pandemic,the conflicts between insufficient supply of effective financing and mismatched credit and loan and the problem of“last mile”for funds to go to micro,small and medium-sized enterprises must be solved.It is required to keep optimizing current financial support policies,manage risks well,improve compensation mechanism and continue to enrich financial product supply according to actual needs of enterprises.
