社区逻辑、家族逻辑与个体创业决策: 来自浙江的经验

Community Logic,Family Logic and Individual Entrepreneurial Decision-making:Experience from Zhejiang Province

从多重制度逻辑视角探讨社区逻辑和家族逻辑对个体创业决策的影响,基于浙江省个体创业调查数据的实证研究发现:社区逻辑通过规制压力和规范压力驱动个体创业,其中社区规制压力对个体创业决策具有U型影响,而社区规范压力对个体创业决策具有正向线性影响;家族逻辑对个体创业决策具有促进作用;家族逻辑对社区逻辑与个体创业决策之间的关系具有强化作用,证实了不同制度逻辑之间的互补性.这一发现作为新制度主义理论和创业理论的交叉,可为多重制度逻辑理论提供新的实证支持,为创业的制度环境分析提供分析框架.

From the perspective of multiple institutional logics,this article explores the impacts of community logic and family logic on individual entrepreneurial decision-making.Based on the survey data of individual entrepreneurship in Zhejiang Province,the empirical research reveals the following three conclusions.First,community logic drives individual entrepreneurship by regulative pressure and normative pressure.Among them,community regulative pressure has a U-shaped influence on individual entrepreneurial decision-making,while community normative pressure has a positive linear impact on individual entrepreneurial decision-making.Second,family logic can promote individual entrepreneurial decision-making.Third,family logic plays a reinforcing role in the relationship between community logic and individual entrepreneurial decision-making,confirming the logical complementarity between different institutions.This finding,as the intersection of new institutionalism theory and entrepreneurship theory,provides a new empirical support for the theory of multiple institutional logics and offers an analytical framework for the institutional environment analysis of entrepreneurship.
