高品质的田园化空间特色构建策略--以北京顺义区为例

随着我国城镇化进入注重高品质发展阶段,如何构建城乡融合的特色空间成为转型发展的关键。文章从回归田园城市的本质出发,结合中国传统文化的意境观,对高品质田园化空间特色内涵进行解读,构建了三大导向下的三个层面策略,并以北京顺义区为例,从宏观层面提出构建城乡融合的有机整体格局;中观层面强调对山水林田等空间景观要素进行系统指引,彰显天境、地境、乡境、人境和文境下的美好人居环境之美;微观层面通过上下联动,对镇村空间进行"情境交融"的建设指引,将品质规划贯穿于各个层次,从而全面实现高品质的城乡空间特色营造。

As China’s urbanization enters the stage of high quality development,urban-rural integrated space creation has become a critical issue in urban transition and development.Based on the essence of garden city,the paper analyzes high quality garden space from traditional Chinese culture conception,establishes three major strategies with three orientations.With Shunyi district as an example,the paper proposes establishing an urban-rural integrated spatial structure at macro level,making systematic guidance on mountain,water,forest,farmland spatial and landscape elements at intermediate level,and making construction guidance on town and village space at micro level.High quality planning is implemented at all levels to ensure high quality space creation.
