中国高技术产业科技创新能力时空动态及驱动因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 以中国31个省份为研究对象,构建了高技术产业科技创新能力综合评价指标体系,利用熵值法和探索性空间数据分析方法分析评价了2009—2016年间中国高技术产业科技创新能力的总体水平和时空动态演化,并运用证实性空间数据分析方法分析了驱动因素.实证分析结果表明,中国高技术产业科技创新能力水平总体不断提升,但沿海地区与内陆地区的科技创新能力差距十分显著且呈现差距不断拉大的态势;中国高技术产业科技创新能力存在一定的集聚特征,但总体空间格局无明显变化,省域的科技创新活动的空间结构具有一定的路径依赖;高技术产业基础、科技创新投入、科技资源丰度是驱动中国高技术产业科技创新能力时空变化的3个核心因素. Taking 31 provinces of China as research objects,the comprehensive evaluation index system of technological innovation ability of high-tech industry is constructed.The entropy method and exploratory spatial data analysis method are used to analyze and evaluate the overall level and spatiotemporal dynamic evolution of scientific and technological innovation capability of high-tech industries in China from 2009 to 2016,and the driving factors are analyzed by using confirmatory spatial data analysis method.The results are as follows:The scientific and technological innovation capability of high-tech industries in China is improving on the whole,but the gap between the coastal regions and the inland regions is very significant and shows a trend of widening.The technological innovation capacity of high-tech industries in China has certain agglomeration characteristics,but the overall spatial pattern has no obvious change,and the spatial structure of provincial technological innovation activities has certain path dependence.The foundation of high-tech industry,investment in scientific and technological innovation,and abundance of scientific and technological resources are the three core factors that drive the spatiotemporal change of scientific and technological innovation capability of high-tech industry in China.
