On the Confidence of Education from the Perspective of Cultural Confidence

摘要 党的十九大提出要坚定道路自信、理论自信、制度自信、文化自信,其中文化自信是更基本、更深沉、更持久的自信,是增强中华民族文化软实力的源泉与动力,是应对世界异质文化冲突与融合的心理支撑,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的精神支柱。文化自信的充足底气体现在,源自历史悠久的传统文化、近代百年的革命精神、中国道路的巨大成功。同时,文化自信呼唤教育自信,教育自信是文化自信的题中之意。我们的教育自信来自拥有悠久的办学传统与丰富的教育思想,来自新世纪教育发展成就,来自信息化推进教育现代化实践。为了进一步彰显新时代教育自信,应坚持立德树人本旨,大力发展素质教育;重视农村基础教育,推进城乡均衡发展;完善职业教育体系,促进产教深度融合;加快“双一流建设”,实现高教内涵发展;支持社会力量办学,加强师德师风建设。 The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to strengthen road self-confidence,theoretical self-confidence,institutional self-confidence,and cultural self-confidence.Among them,cultural self-confidence is more basic,more profound,and longer-lasting self-confidence.It is the source and motivation for enhancing the soft power of the Chinese nation’s culture,the psychological support to deal with the conflict and integration of heterogeneous cultures in the world,and the mental pillar for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The sufficient confidence of cultural self-confidence is now derived from the traditional culture with a long history,the revolutionary spirit of the modern century,and the great success of the Chinese road.Meanwhile,cultural self-confidence calls for educational self-confidence,which is the key to cultural self-confidence.Our educational self-confidence has its roots in our long history of school,and various educational ideas,educational development achievements in the new century,and the educational modernization promoted by practice of informatization.In order to further demonstrate the self-confidence of education in the new era,we should adhere to the principle of establishing morality and vigorously develop quality education,attach importance to rural fundamental education and promote balanced urban and rural development,improve the vocational education system and promote the deep integration of industry and education,speed up the“double first-class construction”to achieve the connotation development of higher education,support social forces to run schools and strengthen the construction of teachers’morality.
