甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察 被引量：10

摘要 本研究观察总结甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)对比诺和灵30R治疗2型糖尿病的有效性、安全性、依从性,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:68例T2DM患者男性35例,女性33例。入选条件:生活方式干预联合2种口服降糖药物治疗3个月以上,血糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)仍不达标,空腹血糖(FPG)>7.0mmol/L,HbA1c≥7%,无严重的急慢性并发症。68例患者分为2组:A组34例,男性18例,女性16例;年龄45~65岁,平均(55±10)岁。B组34例,男性17例,女性17例,年龄44~66岁,平均(55±11)岁。
