酮咯酸氨丁三醇在青少年肱骨髁上骨折术后镇痛效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 舒芬太尼是临床常用阿片类镇痛药物,亲脂性>芬太尼2倍,血浆蛋白融合率较高,镇痛效果较好。而相关研究表明,由于舒芬太尼属于μ受体镇痛药,单一使用引发恶心作呕、呼吸困难等风险较高[1]。地佐辛是一种k受体激动剂镇痛药,同时属于μ受体拮抗剂,与舒芬太尼联合使用可有效缓解舒芬太尼造成的不良反应症状。酮咯酸氨丁三醇属于非甾体镇痛抗炎药物,镇痛效果较好且可进行肌注。本研究旨在探析酮咯酸氨丁三醇在青少年肱骨髁上骨折术的镇痛效果,现报告如下。
