摘要
参考黑体辐射源主要用于辐射温度计、热像仪的校准,为了保障亮度温度量传的准确性,本文研究了参考黑体辐射源的比较法校准,以某黑体辐射源标准装置为例,介绍了校准原理、装置的组成以及相关性能分析,最后依据该装置对参考黑体辐射源进行了不确定度评定。
The reference blackbody radiator is mainly used for the calibration of radiation thermometer and thermal imager.In order to ensure the accuracy of radiance temperature measurement,this paper studies the calibration of reference blackbody radiation source by comparison method.Taking a blackbody radiation source standard device as an example,the calibration principle,the composition of the device and the related performance analysis are introduced.Finally,the uncertainty of the reference blackbody radiator is evaluated according to the standard device.
