摘要
目的:为检测潜水服的性能,研制一种潜水服性能检测装置。方法:该装置设计为箱柜式,由供气模块、检测模块、信号采集处理模块和箱体组成。供气模块包括球阀、调节阀、减压器、过滤器、安全阀及供气管路等流体控制组件;检测模块包括体积流量计、浮子流量计、流量积算仪、数显压力显示仪和压力变送器等仪器仪表组件;信号采集处理模块包括外置记录用计算机、串口服务器、电源、数据电缆等;箱体包括控制面板和支架等结构组件。结果:对潜水服性能检测装置进行了气密性试验、充气接口匹配性试验、测试功能试验以及环境和可靠性试验,均符合设计要求。结论:该装置集成了潜水服关键性能指标检测的功能,可用于使用前对潜水服进行检测。
Objective To develop a performance testing device for the diving suit.Methods The device had a cabinet-like structure,which was composed of an air supply module,a testing module,a signal acquisition and processing module and a cabinet.The air supply module consisted of several flow control components such as a ball valve,a regulating valve,a pressure reducer,a filter,a safety valve and air supply pipeline.The testing module was made up of a volumetric flowmeter,a rotameter,a flow totalizer,a digital pressure indicator,a pressure transmitter and etc.The signal acquisition and procession module included an external recording computer,a serial server,a power source,data cables and etc.The cabinet comprised a control panel,a bracket and etc.Results The testing device proved its performances by air tightness test,matching test for inflation interface,functional test,environmental test and reliability test.Conclusion The device developed can be used for key performances test of the diving suit.
