Development and application of physical training management system for special-duty personnel during convalescence

目的:设计一套特勤人员疗养期间体能训练管理系统,探索信息化军事体能训练管理新模式,提高特勤人员疗养期间继续体能训练质量。方法:基于Java EE和Oracle 10g开发环境,采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)系统架构,以Web工作流引擎为管理平台,结合ASP.NET、XML、Web Service、MySQL数据库等开发技术,按照软件即服务(software-as-a-service,SaaS)模式构建系统。该系统由基本信息管理模块、训练管理模块和系统管理模块3个模块组成。结果:该系统能够对特勤人员疗养期间的体能训练目标执行情况进行有效监督,对个体和团体训练数据进行多维度统计分析,对训练效果进行科学评价。结论:特勤人员疗养期间体能训练管理系统满足了部队疗养院提高特勤人员疗养期间继续体能训练效果的迫切需求,提升了体能训练的科学化、规范化管理能力和信息化水平。

Objective To propose a physical training management system for the special-duty personnel during convalescence to explore a new informatized management mode for military physical training and enhance physical training quality of the special-duty personnel during convalescence.Methods The system was developed with Java EE and Oracle 10g development environment,Browser/Server(B/S)system architecture,Web workflow engine as the management platform,database development technologies of ASP.NET,XML,Web Service and MySQL as well as software-as-a-service(SaaS)mode,which was composed of three modules of basic information management,training management and system management.Results The system could effectively supervise the implementation of physical training objectives of special-duty personnel during convalescence,conduct multi-dimensional statistical analysis on individual and group training data,and scientifically evaluate the training effect.Conclusion The system developed meets the urgent needs of military sanatorium to improve the effect of continuous physical training of special-duty personnel during convalescence,and enhances the scientific and standardized managementand informatization level of physical training.
