消费者有机蔬菜购买意愿影响因素实证分析——基于大庆市消费者的调查 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,食品安全问题一直是社会热门话题。对于蔬菜而言,有机蔬菜在所有类别的蔬菜中安全等级最高,最符合当下消费者的消费偏好。为了进一步了解和掌握大庆市消费者对有机蔬菜的购买意愿,实现有机蔬菜更受认可、更广普及的目的,以大庆市消费者为调查对象,运用二元Logistic回归模型,得到大庆市消费者有机蔬菜购买意愿的五个显著性影响因素,包括年龄、学历、收入、推广重要性评价、溢价水平接受程度;并依据调查结果提出开展宣传体验活动、降低生产成本与售卖价格、优化销售渠道等合理化建议,以期加强大庆市消费者对有机蔬菜的认知与购买意愿,扩大有机蔬菜在大庆市的消费市场。 Food safety has been a hot topic in recent years.For vegetables,organic vegetables have the highest level of safety among all vegetable categories and are most in line with current consumer preferences.In order to better understand and master Daqing Consumers'willingness to purchase organic vegetables,and achieve the goal of more acceptance and popularization of organic vegetables,a binary Logistic regression model was used to investigate Daqing consumers,five significant factors,including age,education,income,evaluation of promotion importance,and acceptance of premium level,were found to influence consumers'willingness to buy organic vegetables in Daqing.Based on the findings of the survey,the paper came up with some rationalization proposals,such as launch publicity and experience activities,reducing production cost and sale pricing,optimizing sales channel and so on,in order to enhance Daqing consumers'awareness and willingness to buy organic vegetables,and expand the consumption market of organic vegetables in Daqing.
