摘要
根据中华草蛉对不同寄主的捕食、衔接转移的特性,将2、3龄中华草岭幼虫对麦蚜、棉蚜、大豆蚜、萝卜蚜捕食功能反应进行了试验。选择用纱袋笼罩法在麦田、棉田、大豆田和萝卜田进行,并据此分别建立了捕食功能反应数学模型计算。2龄幼虫日最大捕食量分别为110,143,90和88头,3龄幼虫分别为207,215,197和183头。同时,进一步试验和验证中华草蛉幼虫由高向低或由低向高密度转移时的捕食功能和特性。通过田间试验,分别建立了中华草蛉2、3龄幼虫对各类蚜虫的田间捕食功能反应数学模型,与室内试验比较有5%~7%的小幅差异,提高了对中华草蛉生防利用及生物防治的准确性和实效性。
According to the characteristics of predation,connection and transfer of Chrysopa sinica to different hosts,the predatory functional responses of the second and third instar larvae to wheat aphid,cotton aphid,soybean aphid and radish aphid were tested.The method of gauze bag covering was used in wheat field,cotton field,soybean field and radish field,and the mathematical models of predator functional responses were established respectively.The maximum daily predation of the second instar larvae was 110,143,90 and 88,respectively,and that of the third instar larvae was 207,215,197 and 183,respectively.At the same time,the predatory function and characteristics of the old larva of Chrysopa sinica were further tested and verified when it moved from high to low or from low to high density.Through the field experiments,the mathematical models of the response of the 2nd and 3rd instar larvae of Chrysopa sinica to various aphids in the field were established respectively,with a slight difference of 5%~7%compared with the indoor experiments.The accuracy and effectiveness of biological control and utilization of Chrysopa sinica were improved.
