基于“一河一策”的复州河水资源保护对策探究

水是生命之源,生态之基,江河湖泊是地球的血脉、文明的摇篮,也是经济社会发展的基础支撑。通过对复州河水资源保护问题成因分析,采取加强水功能区监督管理、加强入河排污口监管、加快城镇生活污水处理、加强饮用水水源地保护,因地制宜探索创新水资源保护的对策措施,可为同类河道的水资源保护提供借鉴和参考思路。

Water is the source of life and the basis of ecology.Rivers and lakes are the blood of the earth,the cradle of civilization and the foundation of economic and social development.Through the analysis of the causes of the protection of Fuzhou river water resources,we can strengthen the supervision and management of water functional areas,strengthen the supervision of river outfalls,speed up the treatment of urban domestic sewage,strengthen the protection of drinking water sources,explore and innovate measures to protect water resources in accordance with local conditions,and provide reference and ideas for the same kind of river water resources protection.
