摘要
由于连接接头的存在,使得装配式混凝土涵洞的结构刚度有了一定程度的削弱,设计计算时须考虑接头对整体结构受力和变形的影响,不能简单地将管片视为均质结构。以浙江省装配式管型涵洞为依托,采用有限元方法建立带接头和不带接头的管型涵洞分析模型,将盾构隧道中修正惯用法理论引入装配式管型通道结构中,分析并提出装配式管型通道的弯曲刚度有效率η和应力计算修正系数ξ的合理取值,用于简化计算。
Fabricated concrete culverts have a certain degree of weakened structural rigidity due to the presence of connecting joints. When designing and calculating, the influence of joints on the overall structure stress and deformation must be considered. The pipe segments cannot be simply regarded as homogeneous structures. Based on the fabricated tubular culverts in Zhejiang Province, the finite element method is used to establish the analysis models of the tubular culverts with and without joints. The modified routine theory in shield tunnel is introduced into the fabricated tubular channel structure. The reasonable values of bending rigidity efficiency η and the stress calculation correction coefficient ξ of the fabricated tubular channel are analyzed and proposed to simplify the calculation.
