附壁气囊在浅圆仓中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 对安装附壁气囊的浅圆仓与未安装的浅圆仓均采用上充下强排工艺进行充氮气调作业,试验结果表明:附壁气囊有利于延长仓内浓度保持时间,节省气调成本;附壁气囊浅圆仓维持氮气浓度98%以上28 d,吨粮成本比普通浅圆仓少0.12元/t^0.18元/t;附壁气囊试验仓仓内粮温与普通仓无差异. The N2 gas charging test was made in silo with wall attached air bag and contrasted silo by charging up and discharging down.The experiment results show that:the wall attached air bag is good for prolonging the concentra-tion holding time in the silo and saving the cost of gas regulation;the cost of grain per ton in the silo with the wall attached air bag is 0.12yuan/t^0.18 yuan/t less than that in the ordinary silo with the nitrogen concentration a-bove 98%for 28 days;There was no difference in grain temperature between the test bin and the common bin.
