国产创新医疗设备应用示范绩效评价的指标体系建立

Establishment of Evaluation Index System for Application Demonstration of Domestic Innovative Medical Equipment

目的建立国家重点研发计划专项“基于医疗‘互联网+’的国产创新医疗设备应用示范”绩效评价指标体系。方法围绕项目实施主体和目标,采用德尔菲专家咨询法构建指标体系,层次分析法和百分位权重法计算指标权重。结果建立了国产创新医疗设备应用示范评价的指标体系,其中一级、二级、三级指标数分别为3、16、50个,计算指标权重。结论本研究初步建立的国产创新医疗设备应用示范评价的指标体系,为开展创新国产医疗设备应用示范提供绩效评价工具。

Objective To establish a performance evaluation index system for the special national key research and development program called as“Application Demonstration of Domestic Innovative Medical Equipment Based on Health Care‘Internet+’”.Methods According to the main body and goal of the project,Delphi expert consultation method was used to establish the index system,analytic hierarchy process and weight of percentile method were used to calculate the weight of the index.Results The index system of application demonstration evaluation of domestic innovative medical equipment was established,in which the number of first,second and third level indexes were 3,16 and 50 respectively,and the index weight was calculated.Conclusion The demonstration evaluation index system of domestic innovative medical equipment application established in this study provides performance evaluation tools for carrying out domestic innovative medical equipment application.
