报废停产急救生命支持类设备再利用探究——以呼吸机为例

Research on the Reuse of Scrapped Discontinued Emergency Life-Support Equipment:Taking Ventilator as an Example

目的探讨停产急救生命支持类设备再利用管理的流程、技术及经济效益。方法本文以我院PB760呼吸机报废过程中再利用的管理为例,从流程、技术及经济效益方面对报废停产急救生命支持类设备再利用的可行性及重要性进行了论证。结果我院对报废PB760呼吸机再利用的实践证明报废呼吸机的再利用极大地节省了PB760出现故障时维修所需的时间,同时节约了医院相应设备的维修费用。结论报废停产急救生命支持类设备的再利用对于医院具有重要的实际价值,广大医务工作者应重视对报废停产急救生命支持类设备再利用的相关管理工作。

Objective To discuss the management process,technology and economic benefits of the reuse of discontinued emergency life-support equipment.Methods Taking the management of the reuse of PB760 ventilator in our hospital as an example,this work demonstrated the feasibility and importance of the reuse of discontinued life-support equipment from the aspects of process,technology and economic benefits.Results The practice of the reuse of the scrapped PB760 ventilator in our hospital proved that the reuse of the scrapped ventilator greatly saved the time and costs for the maintenance of the failure of PB760 in our hospital.Discussion It is of great practical value for hospitals to reuse the abandoned and discontinued emergency life-support equipment,and medical workers should pay attention to the management of the reuse of scrapped emergency life-support equipment.
