蓝光间歇照射联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗新生儿黄疸的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究联合蓝光间歇照射与双歧杆菌三联活菌对新生儿黄疸疗效的影响。方法选取我院接受治疗的80例新生儿黄疸患儿为受试对象,按照入院顺序随机分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组采用蓝光间歇照射联合口服双歧杆菌三联活菌散进行治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前及治疗5d后胆红素水平,比较治疗5d后临床疗效及不良反应情况,并继续观察至黄疸消退,记录消退时间。结果治疗5d后,研究组胆红素水平下降幅度明显大于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,黄疸消退时间也少于对照组(P均<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合蓝光间歇照射及双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗新生儿黄疸疗效较好且起效较快,能够显著降低胆红素水平。 Objective To investigate the effect of intermittent blue light irradiation combined with bifid-triple viable capsule on neonatal jaundice.Methods 80 children with neonatal jaundice who were treated in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation combined with bifid-triple viable capsule.The bilirubin levels were compared between the two groups before treatment and 5 days after treatment,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after 5 days of treatment were compared.Continue to observe until the jaundice subsides,record the time of regression.Results After 5 days of treatment,the decrease of bilirubin level in the study group was significantly greater than that of the control group.The treatment efficiency was higher than that of the control group,and the jaundice regression time was also lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of intermittent blue light irradiation combined with bifid-triple viable capsule in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has better efficacy and faster onset,and can significantly reduce bilirubin levels.
