幽门螺杆菌感染对消化性溃疡患者的胃肠激素以及胃肠动力的影响

Effect of Helicobacter Pylori Infection on Gastrointestinal Hormones and Gastrointestinal Motility in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的分析幽门螺杆菌感染对消化性溃疡患者的胃肠激素以及胃肠动力的影响。方法选取消化性溃疡门诊病人共计50例,其中,幽门螺杆菌感染阳性患者24例,将其设置为阳性组,幽门螺杆菌感染阴性患者26例,将其设置为阴性组,选取同期健康人共计50名,将其设为参照组,所有入选患者均行生长抑素与血浆胃动力素检测和胃十二指肠动力检测,对比分析不同组别患者血浆生长抑素指标。结果幽门螺杆菌感染阳性组和阴性组1期、2期、3期均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),参照组患者血浆生长抑素水平在消化期间呈周期性变化,1期为增高,2期、3期降低,而消化性溃疡患者血浆生长抑素水平无正常变化,1期、2期、3期明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化性溃疡患者大多伴有不同程度的胃肠激素及胃肠动力异常,幽门螺杆菌感染下对患者的生长抑素水平影响极小。

Objective To analyze the effect of Helicobacter pylori infection on gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 50 outpatients with peptic ulcer to October 2018 were selected.Among them,24 patients with positive Helicobacter pylori infection were assigned to the positive group and 26 patients with negative Helicobacter pylori infection were assigned to the negative group.A total of 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the reference group.All patients were tested for somatostatin and plasma motilin and gastroduodenal motility.The plasma somatostatin indexes were compared and analyzed in different groups.Results There was no significant difference between positive and negative stages of Helicobacter pylori infection(P>0.05).The plasma somatostatin level in the control group changed periodically during digestion,increased in the first stage and decreased in the first,second and third stages.There was no normal change in plasma somatostatin level in peptic ulcer patients.The plasma somatostatin level in the first,second and third stages was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference of calculation was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Most patients with peptic ulcer have abnormal gastrointestinal hormones and gastrointestinal motility in varying degrees.Helicobacter pylori infection has little effect on somatostatin level in patients with peptic ulcer.
