Analysis of Detection Results of Vaginal Microecosystem in Adult Female Patients with Vaginitis

目的探讨成年女性阴道炎患者阴道微生态检测结果。方法收集阴道炎的患者120例为研究组,同时以1:4配比选取同期我院门诊体检中心的健康女性480例为对照组,取阴道分泌物样本作阴道微生态检测,分析阴道炎的发生与阴道微生态检测指标(清洁度、菌群密集度、菌群多样性、pH值、H2O2、白细胞酯酶)的关系。结果研究组阴道清洁度Ⅰ度检出率为5.00%,Ⅱ度检出率为37.50%,Ⅲ度检出率为50.83%,Ⅳ度检出率为6.67%;对照组阴道清洁度Ⅰ度检出率为82.71%,Ⅱ度检出率为16.46%,Ⅲ度检出率为0.83%,Ⅳ度检出率为0,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);120例患者中阴道单一感染79例(65.83%),混合感染41例(34.17%),单一感染包括TV患者11例(9.17%),BV患者16例(13.33%),AV患者32例(26.67%),VVC患者20例(16.67%),研究组与对照组菌群密集度、菌群多样性、pH值、H2O2、白细胞酯酶比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论成年女性阴道炎患者阴道清洁度较差,对阴道菌群密集度、菌群多样性、pH值、H2O2、白细胞酯酶进行检测,能够全面评估患者阴道微生态。

Objective To analyze the detection results of vaginal microecosystem in adult female patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 120 patients were collected as study group.And 480 healthy women in outpatient medical examination center of our hosp ital were selected as control group with a ratio of 1:4.The vaginal secretion samp les were taken for vaginal microecosystem detection,and the relationship between occurrence of vaginitis and detection indicators of vaginal microecosystem(cleanliness,flora intensity,flora diversity,pH value,H2O2,leukocyte esterase)was analyzed.Results The detection rate of Ⅰ degree vaginal cleanliness in study group was 5.00%,and the detection rate of Ⅱ degree was 37.50%,and the detection rate of Ⅲ degree was 50.83%,and the detection rate of Ⅳ degree was 6.67%.The vaginal cleanliness of Ⅰ degree vaginal cleanliness in control group was 82.71%,and the detection rate of Ⅱ degree was 16.46%,and the detection rate of Ⅲ degree was 0.83%,and the detection rate of Ⅳ degree was 0.00%,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 120 patients,there were 79 cases(65.83%)with single vaginal infection and 41 cases(34.17%)with mixed infection.Among patients with single infection,there were 11 cases(9.17%)of TV,16 cases(13.33%)of BV,32 cases(26.67%)of AV and 20 cases(16.67%)of VVC.There were statistically significant differences in the flora intensity,flora diversity,pH value,H2O2 and leukocyte esterase between study group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal cleanliness is poor in adult female patients with vaginitis.The detection of vaginal flora intensity,flora diversity,pH value,H2O2 and leukocyte esterase can comp rehensively evaluate the vaginal microecosystem of patients.
