支气管肺炎患儿住院时间延长的影响因素

Influencing factors of prolonged hospital stay in children patients with bronchopneumonia

目的探讨支气管肺炎患儿住院时间延长的影响因素。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月收治的240例痊愈出院的支气管肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用多因素logistic回归分析影响支气管肺炎患儿住院时间延长的因素。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、病情轻重情况、住院期间发热天数、未住院时非规范用药是影响支气管肺炎患儿住院时间延长的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论家长应注意在患儿出现咳嗽、发烧等症状时及时就诊,医护人员密切关注患儿病情进展,及时调整治疗方案,控制病情进一步发展。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of prolonged hospital stay in children patients with bronchopneumonia.Methods To select 240 cases of patients with bronchopneumonia who were cured and discharged from June 2017 to June 2019 as the study subjects,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the prolonged hospital stay of children patients with bronchopneumonia.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age,severity of the illness,duration of fever during hospitalization,and non-standard medications when not hospitalized were the independent risk factors that affected the prolonged hospital stay in children patients with bronchopneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion The parents should pay attention to seeing a doctor in time when the children patients had symptoms such as cough and fever,and the medical staff should pay close attention to the children patients'progress of the disease,adjust the treatment plan in time to control the further development of the disease.
