正念减压法对晚期肺癌化疗患者负性情绪、疲乏状态及自我效能的影响

Effects of applying mindfulness decompression therapy for negative emotions,fatigue and self-efficacy in patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy

目的探讨正念减压法对晚期肺癌化疗患者负性情绪、疲乏状态及自我效能的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月于我院化疗的晚期肺癌患者90例为研究对象,采用计算机随机数字法将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以正念减压疗法。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中文版癌症疲乏量表(CFS)、中文版癌症自我管理效能感量表(SUPPH)比较两组患者负性情绪、疲乏状态、自我效能情况。结果干预8周后,观察组SAS,SDS,CFS各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),SUPPH各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晚期肺癌化疗患者实施正念减压疗法,可有效减少负性情绪,减轻癌因性疲乏,提高患者自我管理能力与治疗依从性。

Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness decompression therapy for negative emotions,fatigue and self-efficacy in patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods To select 90 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer who were treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by computer random number method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given mindfulness decompression therapy based on the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Chinese-version cancer fatigue scale(CFS)and Chinese-version strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)were used to compare the negative emotions,fatigue status and self-efficacy of the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the each dimension scores of SAS,SDS and CFS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the each dimension scores of SUPPH were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mindfulness decompression therapy in patients with advanced lung cancer chemotherapy can effectively reduce negative emotions,reduce cancer-related fatigue,and improve patients'self-management ability and treatment compliance.
