Brunnstrom分期康复联合良肢位训练对重型颅脑损伤康复期患者的影响

Effect of applying Brunnstrom staging rehabilitation combined with good limb position training for patients with severe craniocerebral injury during the rehabilitation period

目的分析Brunnstrom分期康复联合良肢位训练对重型颅脑损伤患者的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月本院收治的重型颅脑损伤康复期肢体偏瘫患者72例,采用简单随机对照分组法均分为对照组与观察组,对照组入院时即给予良肢位训练,观察组在对照组基础上行Brunnstrom分期康复,比较两组患者Brunnstrom分期运动情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组Brunnstrom分期运动情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组除关节粘连外,关节挛缩、足内翻及足下垂发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Brunnstrom分期运动康复训练联合良肢位训练,可有效预防重型颅脑损伤肢体偏瘫患者并发症发生率,促进机体功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of Brunnstrom staging rehabilitation combined with good limb position training for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods To select 72 cases of patients with limb hemiplegia who were admitted to our hospital for severe craniocerebral injury during the rehabilitation period from January 2017 to March 2019,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by simple randomized control grouping method.The control group was given good limb training when they were admitted to the hospital,and the observation group implemented the Brunnstrom staging rehabilitation on the basis of the control group to compare the Brunnstrom staging exercise situation and the incidence rate of complications in the two groups.Results The Brunnstrom staging exercise situation of the observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Except for joint adhesion,the incidence rate of joint contracture,foot varus and foot sag in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Brunnstrom staging rehabilitation training combined with good limb position training can effectively prevent the incidence rate of complications of patients with severe craniocerebral injury and limb hemiplegia,and promote the recovery of body function.
