社区盆底功能障碍产妇产后康复训练依从性的影响因素与护理干预对策

Influencing factors and nursing intervention strategies of the compliance of postpartum rehabilitation training for parturients in community pelvic floor dysfunction

目的探讨社区盆底功能障碍(PFD)产妇产后康复训练依从性的影响因素及护理干预对策。方法选取我社区服务中心2018年4月至2019年4月收治的盆底功能障碍产妇140例为研究对象,调查、评价产妇的产后康复训练依从性,依从110例,不依从30例。采用多因素logistic回归分析确定社区盆底功能障碍产妇产后康复训练依从性的影响因素并给予相应的护理干预措施,以提高训练效果。结果多因素logistic回归分析显示,训练依从性的影响因素有缺乏系统化康复教育、护患关系一般、高中及以下学历、缺乏家属监督、自我效能<50分、中重度盆底功能障碍、生活质量<88分(P<0.05)。结论社区盆底功能障碍产妇产后康复训练依从性影响因素复杂,需对此针对性地增强自我效能干预,强化康复训练指导。

Objective To explore the influencing factors and nursing intervention strategies of the compliance of postpartum rehabilitation training for parturients in community pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods To select 140 cases of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction who were admitted to our community service center from April 2018 to April 2019 as the study objects and investigate and evaluate the compliance of postpartum rehabilitation training of parturients,110 cases had compliance,and 30 cases had no compliance.Multi-factor logistic Regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of the compliance of postpartum rehabilitation training for parturients with pelvic floor dysfunction in the community and gave corresponding nursing interventions to improve the training effect.Results Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of training compliance included lack of systematic rehabilitation education,general nurse-patient relationship,high school education and below,lack of family supervision,self-efficacy<50 points,moderate to severe pelvic floor dysfunction,and quality of life<88 points(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors influencing the compliance of postpartum rehabilitation training for parturients in community PFD was complicated,it was necessary to give targeted interventions to enhance self-efficacy and strengthen rehabilitation training guidance.
