2型糖尿病合并糖尿病视网膜病变患者生活质量现状调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the status of quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with diabetic retinopathy

目的调查2型糖尿病合并糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者生活质量现状。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2019年6月就诊于我院的60例2型糖尿病合并DR患者临床资料,将其纳入DR组,将同期70例单纯2型糖尿病患者纳入糖尿病组,并选取同期70例健康体检者纳为对照组。比较3组的视功能损害眼病患者生活质量量表(SQQL-VI)得分。结果DR组的SQQL-VI量表身体机能、症状与视功能、精神心理及社会活动各项得分均低于对照组与糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病组的SQQL-VI量表各项得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并DR生活质量水平较低,病程、心理因素、文化程度、个人经济水平等会影响生活质量,可采取针对性措施来改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the status of quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes combined with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with DR who visited our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019,and they were included in a DR group,and 70 cases of patients with simple type 2 diabetes in the same period were included in a diabetes group,at same time 70 cases of healthy people were included in a control group.The quality of life scale(SQQL-VI)scores of the patients with visual impairment in the 3 groups of were compared.Results The scores of physical function,symptoms and visual function,mental psychology and social activities of SQQL-VI scale in DR group were lower than those in the control group and the diabetes group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each item of SQQL-VI in the diabetes group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with Type 2 diabetes combined with DR had a low quality of life,the course of disease,psychological factors,educational level,and personal economic level will affect the quality of life.A targeted measures can be taken to improve the quality of life of patients.
