自我角色认同护理对情感双相障碍患者自知力与治疗态度的影响

Effect of applying self-role identity nursing for self-perception and treatment attitude of patients with affective bipolar disorder

目的探讨自我角色认同护理对情感双相障碍患者自知力与治疗态度的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年8月就诊于我院的60例情感双相障碍患者,随机等分为对照组和研究组。对照组接受常规护理,研究组实行自我角色认同护理。比较两组自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、激越行为量表(CMAI)评分。结果干预3个月后研究组的ITAQ量表评分高于对照组,CMAI量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我角色认同护理可改善情感双相障碍自知力与治疗态度,减少激越行为,利于患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of self-role identity nursing for self-perception and treatment attitude of patients with affective bipolar disorder.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with affective bipolar disorder who were treated in our hospital from November 2018 to August 2019,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group implemented self-role identity nursing to compare the insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ)and Cohen-Mansfield agitation inventory(CMAI)scores of the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the ITAQ score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the CMAI score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-role identity nursing can improve the self-perception and treatment attitude of affective bipolar disorder,reduce agitation behavior,and it was benefit to patients'rehabilitation.
