中医特色护理在混合痔围术期疼痛干预中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in pain intervention during the perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoids

目的探讨中医特色护理在混合痔围术期疼痛干预中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月我院收治的86例混合痔手术患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医特色护理,比较两组患者术后24,48,72 h和第1次排便疼痛程度。结果观察组患者术后24,48,72 h和第1次排便疼痛程度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理配合疼痛管理可为患者提供优质无痛护理服务,减轻混合痔患者围术期疼痛的程度,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing in pain intervention during the perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods To select 86 cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,ant the patients in the observation group was given TCM characteristic nursing based on the control group to compare the pain degree at 24,48,72 h after operation and at the first defecation between the two groups.Results The pain degree at 24,48,72 h after operation and at the first defecation of the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM characteristic nursing combined with pain management can provide patients with high-quality painless nursing services and reduce the pain degree of the patients during the perioperative period of mixed hemorrhoids,and improve the quality of nursing service.
