乡村振兴视角下桂林古村落的保护与开发——基于江头村的考察分析

Protection and Development of Ancient Villages in Guilin from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Based on the investigation and analysis of Jiangtou Village

桂林古村落是桂文化遗存的物化形式,保留着完好的宗族文化和民俗文化,承载着中国乡土文化的精神内涵,是中国传统文化的根与魂。古村落的保护与开发既是乡村振兴的题中之义,也是破解乡村振兴困境的必由之路。村落居民作为保护与开发的主体,是复归与张扬传统村落本位的关键因素。要实现古村落科学规划与保护,必须保障人才供给侧,激发乡村振兴的内生力与原动力;改变过去的自上而下的单一的管理模式,转向多中心协同治理的扁平式模式。

The ancient villages in Guilin are the materialized forms of the Cultural relics of Guangxi,retaining intact clan culture and folk culture,bearing the spiritual connotation of Chinese local culture,and being the root and soul of Chinese traditional culture.The protection and development of ancient villages is not only the meaning of rural revitalization,but also the only way to solve the dilemma of rural revitalization.As the main body of protection and development,village residents are the key factor to restore and publicize the traditional village standard.In order to realize the scientific planning and protection of ancient villages,it is necessary to ensure the supply side of talents and stimulate the endogenous force and motive force of rural revitalization.Change the past top-down single management model,shift to the flat model of multi-center collaborative governance.
