Theoretical Analysis of the Labor Concept in the New Era

劳动是马克思主义理论的核心范畴。文章立足新的时代方位,从“人民创造历史,劳动开创未来”的劳动历史、劳动价值、劳动实践、劳动正义、劳动幸福、劳动教育等多个视角,对新时代劳动观进行了全方位的理论探析,力图拓宽劳动视域,升华劳动的本质。面对当下全球经济社会的持续动荡,面对前所未有的风险挑战,要以劳动为价值引领,大力倡导辛勤劳动、诚实劳动、创造性劳动、幸福劳动,让社会围绕“劳动”这个“太阳”旋转,奋力谱写新时代的劳动之歌。

Labor is the core category of Marxist theory.Oriented by the new era,this article conducts a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the new era labor concept from multiple perspectives such as labor history,labor value,labor practice,labor justice,labor happiness,and labor education,in an effort to broaden the labor horizon and sublimate the essence of labor.Faced with the current global economic and social turmoil and unprecedented risks and challenges,the article suggests taking labor as the value guide,vigorously advocating hard work,honest work,creative work,and happy work.
