产业工人职业发展机制建设的初步考察

Preliminary Investigation on the Mechanism Construction of Industrial Workers'Professional Development

中共中央、国务院发布的《新时期产业工人队伍建设改革方案》的基本精神,就是要通过促进产业工人良好的职业发展,提升职业能力,对社会做出更大的贡献,来提升产业工人的地位,这是一项极富远见的战略决策。文章结合理论和实践经验对于产业工人职业发展及其机制建设进行了初步的考察,并对产业工人职业发展机制的完善提出了建议。

The basic spirit of the“Reform Plan for the Construction of Industrial Workers in the New Period”issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council is to promote industry by promoting good career development of industrial workers,enhancing professional capabilities,and making greater contributions to society.The status of workers is a strategic decision with great vision.This article combines theory and practical experience to conduct a preliminary investigation of the industrial worker’s career development and its mechanism construction,and puts forward suggestions for the improvement of industrial worker’s career development mechanism.
