黄石市新时代中长期铁路网布局规划研究

黄石市作为鄂东南地区重要的政治、经济、文化中心以及武汉都市圈区域性中心城市,具有独特的地理位置和交通区域优势。对接好国家中长期铁路网规划以及湖北省铁路中长期发展规划,完善市域内的铁路网布局,对实现将黄石市建成区域性综合交通枢纽,实现全面建成小康社会奋斗目标具有重要的意义和作用。本文首先对黄石市铁路网发展的现状进行分析和梳理,然后探讨黄石市铁路网现状存在的问题,接着确定黄石市未来铁路网发展的目标,提出黄石市新时代中长期铁路网布局规划方案,最后对布局方案进行定性的评价。

As the political,economic and cultural center in Southeast Hubei province and a regional central city in Wuhan Metropolitan Area,Huangshi City has a unique geographical location and traffic hub advantages.By docking the Medium and long term railway network planning of the country as well as Hubei Province,it is pressing for Huangshi to perfect the layout of the railway network,which is signicant and meaningful for Huangshi to cultivate the marginal central cities of Southeast Hubei provinces and realizing the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.At first,this essay Analyes and untangles the current situation of the development of Huangshi railway network.Secondly,in order to determine the development goal of the future railway network in Huangshi,the existing problems of the current situation has been discussed.More then,this essay put forward the appropriate layout plan for the Medium and long term railway network in New era of Huangshi City.Finally,a qualitative evaluation has been carried out of the railway network layout plan.
