摘要
老年学习作为促进老年人全面发展的先导性力量,能够推动老年人在生理、心理、社会三个方面发生系统性转变。老年学习成效的彰显主要受制于个体家庭对老年学习的参与程度、教育机构对老年学习的供给能力、政府社会对老年学习的保障水平等因素。促进老年学习成效需要统筹协调相关主体,通过增进参与、扩大供给、健全保障等举措构建完善的老年学习支持系统。
As a transformative force to promote the all-round development of the elderly,elderly learning can promote the fundamental changes to.The effectiveness of the elderly learning would entail participation of the family members,supply capability from educational institutions and support from the government and the civil society.To achieve learning in elderly,relevant parties need to be coordinated to improve the supporting mechanism for elderly education by involving more,creating more and providing more.
