摘要
植物源活性化合物滨蒿内酯对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)具有良好的杀螨活性,但是以往没有进行相应的制剂研发.本研究以滨蒿内酯原药为有效成分,对其助剂进行了溶剂、乳化剂和填充溶剂筛选,并对配方进行了生物活性测定,最终确定了5%滨蒿内酯乳油制剂的优选配方:5%滨蒿内酯原药+50%N-甲基吡咯烷酮+10%Tween-85+35%松节油(或有机硅).
The plant-derived active compound scoparone has good acaricidal activity aganist Tetranychus cinnabarinus,but it has no corresponding preparation development.In this study,scoparone was used as the active ingredient,the candidate additives(solvent,emulsifier and filling solvent)were selected and the biological activity of the formulae were tested.Finally,the optimal formula was identified:5%scoparone emulsifiable concentrate:5%scoparone+50%N-methylpyrrolidone+10%Tween-85+35%turpentine or organosilicon.This study has laid a solid foundation for the industrialization of a novel plant-derived acaricide of 5%scoparone EC preparation.
