摘要
为筛选防治烟草赤星病的高效杀菌剂,在室内采用菌丝生长速率法,测定了12种常用药剂对烟草赤星病菌(Alternaria alternata)的抑制效果.毒力测定结果表明,在试验条件下,30%醚菌啶酰菌抑制效果最好,EC 50为1.05 mg/L;其次为9%吡唑醚菌酯微囊悬浮剂,EC 50为2.09 mg/L;作为一种广谱保护性杀菌剂的77%硫酸铜钙可湿性粉剂,由于作用机制与其他化学药剂不同,在培养皿药剂敏感性测试中对赤星病菌的药剂敏感性较低.
In order to screen the high-efficiency fungicides for the prevention and control of tobacco brown spot(Alternaria alternata),the drug sensitivity of 12 chemical agents against this disease were determined by using flat plate assay.The results of toxicity measurement showed that 30%triflunostrobin had the best inhibition effect,with an EC 50 of 1.05 mg/L,followed by 9%pyraclostrobin microcapsule suspension,the EC 50 being 2.09 mg/L.As a broad spectrum protective fungicide,77%copper-calcium sulfate wettable powder showed a low sensitivity against A.alternata in the Petri dish test,for it has a mechanism of action different from that of other chemical agents.
