摘要
传统本草、农书及文人果蔬画中的白菜图,是当前大白菜栽培史研究中较少被注意到的材料。相较于文字材料,这些图画能为性状演变研究提供更为直观的材料支撑,有利于判断结球大白菜出现的时间段。结球大白菜的形象最早出现在李鱓的花果册中,是扬州于十七世纪中期培育而成的地方种,与扬州当地的自然及人文地理情况相关。
Materiamedica,agricultural books and literati paintings of cabbage and vegetables are the materials that are less noticed materials in the research on the cultivation history of Chinese cabbage.Compared with written materials,these pictures can provide more intuitive material support for the study of trait evolution,which is conducive to judging the time period of the appearance of Chinese cabbage.The image of the Chinese cabbage first appeared in Li Shan’s album of flowers and fruits.It was a local species cultivated by Yangzhou in the mid-seventeenth century and related to the local natural and human geography of Yangzhou.
