家庭中心式护理在儿科护理中的应用

Application of family-centered nursing in pediatric nursing management

目的:家庭中心式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用。方法:将2016年11月至2018年12月期间该院收治的82例儿科患儿作为研究对象,依据入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组各41例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理的基础给予家庭中心式护理干预,对比分析两组患儿的家属满意度、FAD评分、HAMA、HAMD评分、护理质量评分及护理差错率等情况。结果:护理前,两组患儿的FAD评分、HAMA、HAMD评分、护理质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后,研究组患儿HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,且护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿的家属满意度高于对照组;研究组患儿的护理差错率(4.87%)低于对照组(19.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对儿科患儿给予家庭中心式护理干预,可明显提升患儿家属的满意度,降低FAD评分,缓解HAMA、HAMD情绪,提升护理质量评分,降低护理差错率,临床借鉴价值高,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of family-centered nursing in the management of pediatric nursing.Methods A total of 82 pediatric patients admitted to this hospital from November 2016 to December 2018 were divided into control group and research group according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The research group was given family-centered nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The family satisfaction,FAD score,HAMA score,HAMD score,nursing quality score and nursing error rate of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results Before nursing,there was no difference in FAD score,HAMA,HAMD score and nursing quality score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the FAD score,HAMA and HAMD score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the family satisfaction of the study group(97.67%)was higher than that of the control group(81.39%).The nursing error rate of the study group(4.87%)was lower than that of the control group(19.51%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Family-centered nursing intervention for pediatric patients can significantly improve the satisfaction of their families,reduce FAD scores,alleviate HAMA and HAMD emotions,improve nursing quality scores,reduce nursing errors,and have high clinical reference value,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
