摘要
农村教学点在我国农村地区普遍存在,发挥着不可替代的功能和作用。教师队伍状况是决定农村教学点办学质量的重要条件,但目前农村教学点教师队伍存在着数量不足及质量欠佳等现实问题。为了解决农村教学点教师队伍问题,应该采取如下措施:创新师资配备机制,保证农村教学点所需教师数量;改善办公条件并提高教师待遇,创设吸引优秀教师到农村教学点任教的良好环境;加强师资培训,提高农村教学点教师的教学水平。
Rural teaching sites are ubiquitous in rural areas of our country and play an irreplaceable role.The status of teachers is an important condition to determine the quality of rural teaching,but there are some problems such as insufficient quantity and poor quality.In order to solve the problems of teaching staff in rural areas,we should take the following measures:innovating the teacher allocation mechanism to ensure the number of teachers needed in rural teaching point;improving the office conditions and the treatment of teachers,creating a good environment to attract excellent teachers to rural teaching point;strengthening the training of teachers to improve the teaching level of rural teaching points.
