MRI定量动态对比增强成像和T1WI灌注成像在鼻咽癌临床分期的应用

Permeability quantitative parameters of MRI quantitative dynamic contrast enhanced and perfusion parameters of T1WI perfusion imaging in the different clinical staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的探讨MRI定量动态对比增强成像的渗透性定量参数和T1WI灌注成像灌注参数在鼻咽癌T分期和N分期的应用价值。方法比较MRI定量动态增强成像渗透性定量参数(Ktrans,Kep,Ve,Vp)和T1WI灌注成像参数(BV,BF,MTT,TTP)在鼻咽癌病例的T分期和N分期是否有统计学差异。结果本研究纳入77例鼻咽癌患者。BV和TTP在鼻咽癌T分期不同分组中有统计学差异;Ve,BF,MTT在鼻咽癌N分期不同分组中,有统计学差异。结论 MRI定量动态增强成像的渗透性定量参数和T1WI灌注成像灌注参数,可以定量化区分鼻咽癌T分期和N分期。

Objective To investigate the permeability quantitative parameters of MRI quantitative dynamic contrast enhanced imaging and the perfusion parameters of T1 WI perfusion imaging in different T staging and N staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Comparing permeability quantitative parameters(Ktrans, Kep, Ve, Vp,) of MRI quantitative dynamic enhanced imaging and perfusion parameters(BV, BF, MTT, TTP) of T1 WI perfusion imaging are statistically different in T and N stages of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases. Results This study included 77 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. BV and TTP are statistically different in different groups of T stage in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases;Ve, BF, and MTT have statistical differences in different groups of N stage in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cases. Conclusion Permeability quantitative parameters of MRI quantitative dynamic enhanced imaging and perfusion parameters of T1 WI perfusion imaging can the T stage and N stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
